A new therapeutic approach for cancer
Since its creation, BioRéalités has been funded mainly by private investors or private investment holdings. Regional VC Soridec recently joined our shareholders.
Our current capital is 3.942.895 €.
This strategy reflects founders’ choice to take the first steps of development in preserving financial independence, so that prooves of concept could be established with dynamism and adaptablity. Those steps over, BioRéalités wishes to conserve this link with potential private shareholders but stays open to traditional ways of funding, such as Venture Capital.
BioRéalités has received the label FCPI from the French Agency for Innovation OSEO, and was also approved as a Young Innovative Company (JEI) by the French government.
BioRéalités proceeds regularly to new capital increases.
